A guest favorite, Capote's is the perfect size get away! Upon arriving you'll enter the cottage via your private patio - complete with a four top umbrella table and your gas grill. The foyer entry of the cottage has ample room for clothing in a double closet and a hook rack for pool towels. This open floor plan has a living room, dining room combo, cable TV is included. One queen bed offers comfortable sleeping in addition to a pull out sofa. The galley kitchen offers everything necessary to cook and serve meals. The bath offers a space saving walk in shower and storage for sundries. Each room has views to the outdoors with plantation style shutters for added privacy. Tropical color and decor make this a wonderful cozy place for rest and relaxation! Ceramic tile thru out, and cool AC unit for hot days. Laundry on site. This cozy cottage is named after Capote - the WHITE peacock.

Mamie's Manor
The Grand Dame of our cottages is named for the family matron. She's the gal riding the bicycle, the little girl - that's one of the Holloway Haven's owners! This spacious cottage home is very comfortable and well appointed in tropical decor. Featuring a traditional white brick fireplace, grand dining area and living room combo. Dining table for sit down meals or have a quick snack at the kitchen bar. Living room is appointed with a generous sofa along with two additional seats. Mamie's Manor has updated appliances in her completely furnished kitchen; full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, ceramic top stove and wall oven. This comfortable vacation home offers two generously size bedrooms. One bedroom is a master's en suite. Both bedrooms have comfortable beds, complete with linens. Each bedroom offers relaxing seating areas, ample closets and clothing chests. Cable television, central A/C, swimming pool. Wonderful views throughout and much more...

View of the Seminole City Park, from the front porch of Mamie's. This 'little' park, a gem itself, includes a children's play area, band shell, fresh water fishing, resident swans and ducks, as well as being a rest stop on the well known Pinellas Trail. Officially, it's the nationally recognized, Fred Marquis Pinellas Trail - most of the locals just call it "the Trail". If you like to bike, walk or jog - you'll enjoy having the trail steps away from your cottage. A short drive away is a shopping mall, grocery store and several dining choices. And of course the beaches! Pinellas County has numerous beautiful beaches, the closest, less than 4 miles from your vacation cottage.
